| How to reserve your property | |
| • | Discuss the availability and the type of property in which you are interested with Focus International Property (+44 (0)20 8839 8989) |
| • | We can then supply you with a copy of the master plan, a location plan and floor plans for your chosen unit. |
| • | We will allocate a Property Consultant to help you with your purchase and write to you confirming the property that you have chosen, at which point your Administration Fee of £350 + VAT will become payable. |

| *The call for funds is sent to the client on completion of partitioning and includes the details of the amount due at this stage and the amount of the grant of the Conseil Général de Moselle to be paid into the account of the Notarial office. | |
| • | As the deposit is payable in Euros we recommend you open a currency account. Interchange FX can provide this facility for you. Your Property Consultant can help you make these arrangements. |
| • | Although you will not be completing on your property for a number of years we suggest that you take early mortgage advice (if a mortgagewill be needed) to ensure that you are aware of the lendingrequirements. Focus Financial Group can help you with this and your Property Consultant will know the mortgage team very well. |
